MannaForm Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of the MannaForm mobile apps, the website at mannaform.com, the MannaForm Focus desktop app and Chrome extension, and the related services ("MannaForm", "we"). Our Privacy Policy at https://mannaform.com/privacy explains how we handle your information. Questions can be sent to [email protected].

1. Agreement and eligibility

By creating an account or accepting these Terms in the app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the service. You must be at least 13 years old to use MannaForm. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these Terms for you.

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version with its effective date and ask you to review it in the app before a material change applies to you. A change does not alter a subscription price without the notice or consent required by the billing provider and applicable law.

2. What MannaForm does

MannaForm helps you set goals, choose how to verify them, record activities, review progress, and use optional features such as nutrition, workouts, medication tracking, games, connected data, MannaForm Focus, and AI assistance. A free core remains available. Some features need a compatible device, a permission, an integration, or a separate consent.

You control what you enter and which optional sources you connect. Imported data can be delayed, incomplete, duplicated, or wrong. Review information before relying on it or applying a suggested change. AI features prepare responses and suggestions; they do not change your account data until you review and apply them.

3. Health and safety

MannaForm is a goal and activity tool. Its nutrition, fitness, medication, and AI content is general information. It is not a diagnosis, treatment, prescription, or substitute for advice from a qualified health professional. Do not use the app for emergencies. Get professional guidance before making decisions that could affect your health, especially if you have a medical condition, take medication, or are pregnant. Do not ignore professional advice because of app content.

Medication tracking is a record you keep. A missing entry does not prove a dose was missed, a recorded dose may be incomplete or out of date, and the app cannot decide whether you should take a dose. Reminders depend on your device and may not arrive.

MannaForm cannot guarantee a health result, a goal outcome, or the accuracy of third-party nutrition and activity data. You remain responsible for deciding whether an activity or recommendation is right for you. These statements do not remove rights or remedies that applicable law gives you.

4. MannaForm Focus

MannaForm Focus blocks apps and websites you choose until your chosen goals are done for the day. It is a self-directed tool: you can change your lists or quit it at any time, and it does not promise to block everything. It acts only on the app or site in front, may not stop background audio or full-screen games, and stops blocking if MannaForm cannot confirm your progress. It does not change or interfere with other software on your device.

5. Accounts and acceptable use

Keep your sign-in and devices secure. Tell us at [email protected] if you believe someone used your account without permission. You are responsible for activity on your account to the extent the law allows.

Do not use MannaForm to break the law, infringe another person's rights, submit malicious content, interfere with the service or other accounts, probe its security without permission, or misuse its integrations. Only connect accounts and submit content you are allowed to use. We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, or address a serious violation of these Terms, with notice when practical.

6. Your content and shared links

You keep your rights in the goals, notes, photos, and other content you create. You give MannaForm a limited, nonexclusive permission to host, process, transmit, and display that content as needed to provide the features you choose, protect the service, and comply with law. This permission ends when the content is deleted, subject to the retention described in the Privacy Policy. It does not let us publish your private content for advertising.

If you create a share link, anyone with the link can view what it shares. Check its contents before sharing. Share links do not currently expire and cannot be turned off individually.

7. Premium subscriptions

When MannaForm Premium is offered, it is one automatically renewing monthly membership that unlocks the paid features for the same MannaForm account across supported platforms. The price and currency shown right before you subscribe are the price for that purchase channel and region, and taxes are handled by the checkout provider as required. Premium renews each month unless you cancel before the next renewal under the rules of the store or checkout where you subscribed.

Apple handles subscriptions bought in the iOS app, Google Play handles subscriptions bought in the Android app, and our web checkout provider handles subscriptions bought on the web. Manage or cancel your subscription where you bought it. Canceling stops future renewals; access and refund timing follow that provider's rules and applicable law. Deleting your MannaForm account does not cancel an Apple or Google subscription, so cancel it there first.

Premium access follows your current verified subscription status. Billing failures, refunds, chargebacks, expiration, or cancellation may end access. Your free core and account controls stay available after Premium ends. A subscription belongs to one MannaForm account; contact us if a purchase is linked to the wrong account, and we will not move it without asking you.

8. Third-party services

Optional sign-in, health connections, game accounts, connected AI apps, app stores, and other integrations have their own terms and privacy practices. You never need one to use MannaForm's free core. We may limit or turn off an integration when its provider changes, access is lost, or continued use would be unsafe or unlawful, and we show connection and sync status in the app.

9. Availability, changes, and account deletion

We work to keep the service available and your records accurate, but maintenance, network failures, device permissions, and third-party outages can interrupt features. We may change features, with reasonable notice for material changes where practical. We will not show unsaved or unconfirmed information as saved.

You can delete your account in Settings or by emailing [email protected]. The Privacy Policy explains what deletion removes and what may be kept.

10. Disclaimers

MANNAFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION. We do not promise any health, fitness, weight, productivity, or other outcome, that Focus will block every app or site, that reminders will arrive, or that the service or your data will always be available or secure.

Your use of MannaForm, including any exercise, diet, fasting, medication, or other activity you choose to do, is at your own risk. You are responsible for deciding whether an activity is safe for you.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, MANNAFORM AND ITS OWNER, OPERATORS, AND CONTRIBUTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, REVENUE, GOODWILL, OR OPPORTUNITY, OR FOR PERSONAL INJURY OR HEALTH CONSEQUENCES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR RELIANCE ON THE SERVICE, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE. THIS INCLUDES DAMAGES FROM UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION, THIRD-PARTY SERVICES, OR CONTENT YOU OR OTHERS SUBMIT, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STATUTE, OR ANY OTHER THEORY, EVEN IF WE WERE TOLD THEY WERE POSSIBLE.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR MANNAFORM IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR US $50.

Some places do not allow some of these exclusions or limits, so they may not all apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited, or removes rights you have under consumer protection or privacy laws that cannot be waived.

12. Indemnity

To the extent the law allows, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MannaForm and its owner and operators from claims, losses, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, brought by third parties that arise from your content, your misuse of the service, or your violation of these Terms or the law.

13. Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, please email [email protected] and give us 30 days to try to resolve it informally.

If we cannot resolve it, you and MannaForm agree to resolve any dispute arising from these Terms or the service by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, instead of in court, except that either of us may bring an individual claim in small claims court or seek an injunction to stop infringement of intellectual property. YOU AND MANNAFORM WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO BRING OR TAKE PART IN A CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. You can opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing [email protected] within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. If the class action waiver is found unenforceable for a claim, that claim proceeds in the state or federal courts located in Nevada, and the rest of this section still applies.

14. General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer these Terms without our consent; we may transfer them as part of a sale or reorganization of the service. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any in-app terms for a specific feature are the whole agreement between you and MannaForm about the service.
